There are many ways in which you can help Knickers 4 Africa in their quest to help the people of Africa.  We accept donations in any form, including:

• Money
• Underwear (new, unused and preferably still packaged)
• Childrens clothes (aged birth – 4 years; Male and Female)
• Items for us to sell on the internet (DVDs, Books, Clothes etc.)
• Taking part in an event on our behalf (e.g marathons and other sponsored events)
• Your time – we often need help running our events
• Your support – just by telling people about us will help spread the word of Knickers 4 Africa

If there is anything that you think you can do to help, and are willing to do it, please let us know and we can arrange to support in any way we can.
